Description of PracticeSandy is the owner of Tangible Solutions, in Kirkland, WA, primarily focusing on divorce financial planning and personal finances counseling. In addition to being a Certified Divorce Financial Planner, Sandy also is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
This is his third professional career – after 27 years of working in higher education (including director of financial aid and dean of students), Sandy served as the executive director of a large synagogue in Seattle for almost six years, leaving to go into private practice as owner of Tangible Solutions in 2006. He has worked on over 300 divorce cases so far.
Sandy provides divorce financial consulting services to individuals and couples who want to have a better understanding of their financial range of choices, to assist in making informed decisions by exploring projections of possible settlement alternatives and analyses. He is experienced in helping clients who are in collaboration, mediation, or litigation.
Serving others has been a core value in his family. Sandy currently serves on the board of the largest food co-op in the country (10 stores and over $250,000,000 in sales), as well as on the board for the Association of Divorce Financial Professionals. He also is active in the collaborative divorce movement, including having served as an officer and board member of one of the largest collaborative practice groups in the country.
