Applicant, by completing this Application, understands that the Application is subject to review and recommendation by the ADFP Mentorship Committee and final approval by the ADFP Board of Directors for placement as a Mentee in the ADFP Mentorship Program. You will be contacted if any additional information is required.

 








I understand that Divorce Financial Planning is a fee for service offering and I have (or will have) a fee schedule and engagement agreement for divorce financial services and charge all clients full rates (excluding pro bono work or reduced rates to match an attorney’s rate), with no rebate or chargeback structure for subsequent investment business.






I have a clean record of business integrity and have never had any suspensions, revocations or disciplinary actions related to any license or professional designation.

The ADFP Mentorship Program is a 12-month commitment. Do you have time to devote to regularly scheduled group meetings via webinar (1 hour per month) and one-on-one follow-up phone calls with your mentor (1 hour per month) regarding your progress on practice building topics?
